Diffusion runs in one direction: Leaders move first on confirming volume. In Progress names are inflecting — the five-day pace has broken above the twenty-day pace — but the move itself has not happened yet. Next Order names are newly correlating with the leaders on rising volume while their own price is still flat.
Next Order is a co-movement candidate, not an order. The human names the theme; the page only reports that a set of names started moving together and that the change is recent. Nothing here is a target, a position or a recommendation.
A name appears only after it has held the same tier on two consecutive refreshes. Headlines are context and never affect a tier. When the whole book's correlation spikes, every cluster is dimmed — that is a market event wearing a theme's clothes.
